About The Position

Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales BDC Representative to serve as a first point of contact for customers. The role provides customer service and supports sales by generating appointments and maintaining positive customer relationships. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and is performed in person in Carrollton, Georgia. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts, day and evening shifts, Monday through Friday with one weekday off, and required Saturdays.

Ability to commute to Carrollton, GA 30116; required.
Sales experience of 2 years is preferred.
Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and inquiries.
Schedule appointments for customers to meet with the sales team.
