About The Position

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is hiring a BDC Sales Representative for its Business Development Center in Downtown Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The role handles customer inquiries for dealership sales or service, schedules appointments, and records customer information in the BDC database. Training is provided for inexperienced employees. Sales Department training pay is $15.63 per hour, with opportunities to earn more after 90 days. The work schedule is flexible, with availability needed for some evenings and weekends as required by dealership departments. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Clean criminal background record.
Ability to be self-motivated.
Ability to manage heavy phone contact.
Upbeat, positive demeanor when making calls.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
Use dealership-provided scripts to respond to customer inquiries and meet dealership and manufacturer goals.
Provide a warm, helpful customer experience and general or related vehicle sales or service information.
Schedule sales or service appointments for dealerships.
Collect and track customer information as directed and record it in the BDC database.
Maintain and communicate a high level of product and inventory expertise to customers.
