Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, identify their needs, and resolve problems efficiently at the first point of contact.
• Use point-of-sale systems, customer systems, and mobile devices to provide fast, seamless omnichannel service.
• Promote L.L.Bean-sponsored programs, including the Outdoor Discovery School and L.L.Bean Mastercard program.
• Keep the store organized, maintain visual and merchandising standards, and support store operations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve results, foster a positive work environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe, healthy workplace.
