About The Position

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Sales Associate to achieve sales goals, balance daily business and High Jewelry sales, and develop a network of loyal clients. Reporting to the Boutique Director, the associate provides exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment and builds lasting client relationships. The role includes community engagement, client outreach and event invitations, oversight of CRM initiatives, and maintaining the Boutique’s visual presentation. Travel may be required.

The position offers training on the Maison’s history, know-how, and creations, with employee career development as a priority. Applicants must have valid work authorization for employment in the USA. Salary is negotiated based on skills and prior work experience; the listed hourly rate is $24.04, and the role is commission eligible.

Requirements

• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Natural curiosity about people and a strong commitment to excellent service.
• Effective in-person and written communication skills.
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

• A bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification.
• Seven years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend community social functions to generate new business.
• Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and reach out using curated clienteling tools.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communications about novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
• Assist with display setup each morning and breakdown each evening, and maintain the Boutique’s aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required.
