About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You work with the team to foster genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role is part-time at The Westchester store in White Plains, New York, with an hourly pay range of $17.00–$21.25.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
