We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join our team based in Westchester Mall! Our retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the retail world.

Requirements

Highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates.
Welcoming to customers and confident to engage with people.
Flexible according to operational needs and able to take on duties to support the team.
Confident in working a cash register.
Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed.
Adaptable mindset.
Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Working evenings and weekends is a must.
Ability to multitask and think on your feet.

Responsibilities

Create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques.
Deliver a premium service experience that’s both high quality and genuine.
Serve gelato and coffee, while selling high-quality chocolates.
Refill store needs.
Assist with visual merchandising.
Process register transactions.
Continuously provide excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day!
Maintain high standards of appearance, presentation, cleanliness, and work quality.
Learn recipes and take in knowledge of ingredients and allergens.
Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction.
Demonstrate a ‘growth mindset’, always being proactive.
