About The Position

Palm Beach Tan is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Westwood Village, Kansas location, operated by Old Trinity Management Company. The role focuses on customer service and sales in a fast-paced tanning salon. The associate helps customers choose tanning and wellness services, membership packages, and skincare products; processes transactions and membership updates; maintains the salon; and supports its daily operations. Requirements

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Drive sales by recommending upgrades, add-ons, and retail products.
Process membership sign-ups, transactions, and account updates accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.

Open and close the salon while following operational procedures.
