About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to support store operations and serve customers. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and involves understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable ACE products and services, and building trusting relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Associates handle services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.

Sales Associates are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The physical demands include standing for extended periods, sitting, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, and verbal communication and active listening. Associates must be able to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus; occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds may be required. The role requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets.
