About The Position

ACE Cash Express is hiring an energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associate. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable ACE products and services, and providing exceptional service that builds lasting relationships. Associates handle a range of financial services that may vary by store, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.

The position calls for an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently while taking accountability for store performance. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The job requires working in a confined area for 10–12 hours, subject to state-specific labor laws. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and embrace accountability for store performance.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and engage in verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• May occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services.
• Communicate effectively, empathize with customers’ challenges, and build trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships.
• Handle services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
• Prioritize accuracy and confidentiality and follow industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work independently and take accountability for overall store performance.
• Travel locally and, when necessary, visit more than one store in a day.

Benefits

• $500 signing bonus, with $250 payable within 45 days and $250 payable within 120 days after successful completion of 90 days of employment; must be in good standing and active to receive payment.
