About The Position

ACE Cash Express is hiring energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to provide customer service and recommend financial products and services. Associates handle services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines, and building trusting customer relationships. Associates are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and embrace accountability for overall store performance.
• Active listening, effective communication, and empathy to build trust with customers.
• Ability to understand ACE’s range of financial products and services.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, communicate verbally, and actively listen.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• May occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience.
• Spanish proficiency, welcomed in most markets.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services.
• Communicate effectively with customers, empathize with their challenges, and build trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting customer relationships.
• Handle store services that may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
• Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work independently and take accountability for overall store performance.
• Travel locally, including to more than one store in a day when necessary.
