About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented individuals to join its team as part-time Sales Associates. Associates use customer service and sales skills to understand customers’ needs, recommend suitable ACE products and services, build trusting relationships, and contribute to overall store performance. Compensation includes hourly pay and bonus incentives. A $500 signing bonus is offered: $250 is payable within 45 days, and $250 is payable within 120 days after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Employees must be in good standing and on active status to receive the payments.

The role may involve handling services that vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The position requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
