About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales results and excellent customer service while maintaining merchandise, back stock, and store presentation. Associates exemplify the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
