About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates work with their team and leadership to provide excellent service, contribute to a supportive store environment, and keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role emphasizes sales, customer relationships, product knowledge, inclusion, and continued learning through hands-on training.
