About The Position

The Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives sales. The role involves developing customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational policies, support visual and operational aspects of the store, and contribute to loss prevention while working collaboratively with the retail team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical activities including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
