About The Position

Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand one customer at a time, and drive sales. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, and creating a memorable customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge. Associates communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers while following sales and operational policies and procedures. Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
