About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, creating a strong customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers. The Sales Associate also follows sales and operational policies and procedures, contributes to visual and operational aspects of the role, and supports loss prevention while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
