About The Position

Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand one customer at a time, and drive business through sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also help ensure sales and operational policies and procedures are followed, contribute to visual and operational aspects of the role, and remain committed to loss prevention. Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
