About The Position

Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate for its retail team. The role focuses on delivering a transformational client experience, building customer relationships, representing the brand, and driving sales. The associate uses selling skills and product knowledge to create memorable customer experiences, communicates the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, and follows sales and operational policies and procedures. The role also involves visual and operational work and a commitment to loss prevention, while collaborating with a team to support retail excellence.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
