About The Position

Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to help deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand customer by customer, and drive sales. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, achieving personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. The Sales Associate also follows sales and operational policies and procedures, contributes to visual and operational work, and supports loss prevention while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
