About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate helps deliver a transformational client experience, build the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drive business through sales. The role focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, applying selling skills and product knowledge to create a positive customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures and contribute to a collaborative, service-focused store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
