About The Position

Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to help deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand one customer at a time, and drive sales. The role focuses on creating customer experiences through selling skills and extensive product knowledge, developing customer relationships, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Sales Associates also help ensure sales and operational policies and procedures are followed, contribute to visual and operational aspects of the role, and support loss prevention. The position requires open availability for a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts, and physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform a range of movements while standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
