About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and extensive product knowledge to create a positive customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures, support visual and operational aspects of the role, and contribute to loss prevention while working collaboratively with the store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to client service, curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and strong selling skills.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, and commitment to loss prevention.
