About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, applying selling skills and product knowledge, and communicating the brand’s philosophy and lifestyle to customers. Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures, contribute to visual and operational work, and support loss prevention as part of a collaborative retail team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
