About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, and creating a memorable customer experience through strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge. The associate communicates the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers while following sales and operational policies and procedures. The role also involves visual and operational tasks and a commitment to loss prevention, working collaboratively as part of a retail team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
