About The Position
Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand one customer at a time, and drive sales. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create an excellent customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative retail team. The position requires flexible, open availability to meet business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. It also involves physical activity such as lifting and carrying at least 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving in ways required for retail work. The stated compensation range is $15.00–$15.00 USD; offers are based on relevant experience and work location.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
