About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates work collaboratively with the store team and follow sales and operational policies and procedures, including loss-prevention practices. This is a seasonal position with a flexible schedule aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
