About The Position
As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, connecting authentically with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor and collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences in an inviting store environment. The role is temporary and part-time at the Tustin, California store.
Requirements
- Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
