About The Position

The PT Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds customer relationships, and drives sales. The role uses strong selling skills and product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates help meet personal sales goals while following sales and operational policies and procedures, supporting visual and operational needs, and contributing to loss prevention. The position is seasonal and requires open availability for a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical activities including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Commitment to client service, curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, resourcefulness, collaboration, and loss prevention.
