About The Position

The PT Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. This role builds and maintains customer relationships, meets personal sales goals, uses selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicates the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. The associate also follows sales and operational policies and procedures, supports visual and operational aspects of the role, and is committed to loss prevention. This seasonal retail position requires an open, flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts, and the physical ability to perform a range of tasks and lift at least 40 pounds.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
