About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, and creating an engaging customer experience through strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge. Associates communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers while following sales and operational policies and procedures. They work collaboratively with the store team and contribute to visual and operational activities and loss prevention.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
