About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. The associate also follows sales and operational policies and procedures and contributes to visual standards and loss prevention as part of a collaborative retail team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated commitment to service, curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and strong selling skills.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, visual and operational awareness, and commitment to loss prevention.
