About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate helps deliver a transformational client experience, build customer relationships, and drive sales. The role involves using selling skills and product knowledge to create an engaging customer experience, communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, and following sales and operational policies and procedures. Associates work collaboratively with the store team and contribute to visual and operational responsibilities and loss prevention.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong service orientation, genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, and commitment to loss prevention.
