About The Position

Tory Burch is seeking a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand one customer at a time, and drive sales. The role involves developing customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational policies, contribute to visual and operational standards, and support loss prevention as part of a collaborative retail team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
