About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role calls for strong service, curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, exceptional selling skills, and a collaborative approach. Associates also support the visual and operational aspects of the store and are committed to loss prevention.

Daily work includes building and maintaining customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals; creating a strong customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge; communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers; and following sales and operational policies and procedures. The role requires a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical activities including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
