About The Position
The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role calls for strong service and selling skills, genuine interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and a collaborative, resourceful approach. The Sales Associate also supports visual and operational needs and is committed to loss prevention. Day-to-day work includes building and maintaining customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals; creating a positive customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge; communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle; and following sales and operational policies and procedures. The position requires open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
