About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate helps deliver a transformational client experience, build the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drive business through sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create an engaging customer experience, and communicating the brand’s philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
