About The Position
The PT Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role calls for strong service, curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, exceptional selling skills, resourcefulness, and collaboration. The associate supports visual and operational aspects of the store and is committed to loss prevention. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals; creating the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge; communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle; and ensuring sales and operational policies and procedures are followed. The role requires an open, flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
