About The Position

The PT Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds customer relationships, and drives sales. The role uses strong selling skills and product knowledge to create memorable customer experiences, communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, and meet personal sales goals. Associates also follow sales and operational policies, contribute to visual and operational activities, and support loss prevention while working collaboratively with the store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
