About The Position

Tory Burch is seeking a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to help deliver transformational client experiences, build customer relationships, and drive sales. The role combines personal selling and customer service with product knowledge, brand storytelling, visual and operational awareness, and loss prevention. Sales Associates work collaboratively with a retail team to meet personal sales goals and uphold company policies and procedures. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
