About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds customer relationships, and drives sales. The role involves using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, and meeting personal sales goals. Associates also help ensure that sales and operational policies and procedures are followed, contribute to visual and operational aspects of the role, and support loss prevention while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
