About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The role may involve greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, carrying out operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to help create welcoming, memorable customer experiences and contribute to retail excellence. The role is seasonal and requires open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
