About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with a team to deliver excellent customer experiences and retail service.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting at least 40 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and to work resourcefully and collaboratively.
