About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running products, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to deliver excellent customer service and memorable customer experiences.

This is a seasonal position requiring open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. The role involves physical activity, including lifting and carrying at least 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, motivation, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
