About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The role may involve greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences. The position requires flexible availability, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts, and may require occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
