About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced, changing retail environment. The role involves helping customers and the store team, carrying out operational procedures, and supporting product flow and the smooth running of the store. The associate works collaboratively with retail professionals to deliver excellent customer experiences and retail service.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Stock-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a greeter, runner, or cashier as needed.
• Answer phones.
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack and unpack shipments.
• Organize the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations and collaborate with the store team.
