About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to help create welcoming, memorable customer experiences and deliver retail excellence.

Requirements

One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Stock-related experience is a plus.
A sense of humor is a plus.
