About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running products, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with a team to provide welcoming, memorable customer experiences and contribute to retail excellence. This is a seasonal role with a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, and efficient.
