About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds customer relationships, and drives business through sales. The role calls for strong service, genuine interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills. The associate also contributes to visual and operational aspects of the role, collaborates with the team, and supports loss prevention.

Typical work includes building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals; creating a customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge; communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and colleagues; and following sales and operational policies and procedures. The role requires open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. The position is seasonal and part-time, as indicated by the posted title.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
