About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create an excellent customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures, support visual and operational needs, and contribute to loss prevention as part of a collaborative retail team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
