About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates for its outlet team. Sales Associates support store sales and customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, maintain store presentation, follow loss-prevention procedures, and help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
